Welcome to the start of another season at the Ellerslie Cricket Club. A lot of work has been going on behind the scenes in the off-season with new coaching requirements coming in for the season, along with a new registration platform.

We pride ourselves on being a community and family-oriented cricket club for all and strive to ensure that our membership subscription fees remain very competitive.

*All Senior Men’s Limited Overs Grades: Individual Player Fees will be determined by your team captain and individual registrations will be open all season.

If you wish to register for a Saturday team AND a Sunday team, please complete the registration form twice – once for each team (the process takes less than 5 minutes overall

The Club is also offering discounts for families (2 or more blood relatives at either Junior or Senior level)

All Senior Men’s Limited Overs Grades teams will receive a $200 bar tab at the Club if team fees are paid in full before the dates specified above (September 25th).  Any half season Twenty20 teams will receive a $100 bar tab if team fees are paid in full before the date specified above (September 25th).

Any discount offered is conditional upon both registration and payment of fees being completed by the respective due dates for each. To find out more about these discounts, please email manager@ellersliecricket.co.nz.

Fees – Payment Methods

Payment of fees can be done in two ways:

1) Online Banking – Direct Credit to the Club bank account 12-3025-0226608-00; please list ‘Registration’ in the Particulars section and your name in the Reference section. The Club strongly encourages the convenience, safety and security of this payment option.

2) Cheque – please make this out to the Ellerslie Cricket Club Inc., mark the cheque ‘Non-Transferable’ on the front, write your name on the back for reference, and then post the cheque to Ellerslie Cricket Club, PO Box 11638, Ellerslie, Auckland – 1542.

Registration for Existing Members

If you have created a CricHQ profile in previous seasons, you will be able to log in with that profile before completing the registration form.

1) When you first click through, there should be an option saying ‘Already have a CricHQ account? Sign in’. Click on this and then enter your details. As the registration page is specific to ECC, you should have no problems registering with us even if your account was associated with another club last season. If you have trouble, please email Club Manager Corey Parr-Thomson at manager@ellersliecricket.co.nz.

2) If you have forgotten your account or password, simply create a new account. Corey will then look to merge your previous account with this new account.

When you have completed your registration, it will be accepted by the Club. You should then receive an email confirmation of your registration.

Please disregard the instruction to print the offline payment form in the email you will be sent. Simply pay in accordance with the instructions above.

Registration for New Members

1) Please select whether you are registering yourself or your kids. Follow the instructions on screen, and select your subscription option.

When you have completed your registration

The Club has to accept your registration, if you make any errors, let Corey know. You should then receive an email confirmation of your registration.

Please disregard the instruction to print the offline payment form in the email you will be sent. Simply pay in accordance with the instructions above.

NOTES:

Anyone wishing to register after the closing date relevant to them will need to email manager@ellersliecricket.co.nz to determine if and how they can be placed into a team.

Fee Payment

If fees are not received in full by the relevant due date, the Club will be enforcing a strict ‘NO PAY, NO PLAY’ policy (the exception will be where you have organised a payment plan – see below for further information).
