PLAY HQ
New Zealand Cricket has decided to move from CricHQ to PlayHQ. To align with this, Ellerslie Cricket Club will now be using PlayHQ for registrations, competition management, live scoring and other club management for the upcoming season. Our Club Manager has been busy getting up to speed on the new platform. In time, we will roll out more instructions and workshops on things like live scoring.
To register with the club, all members must create a PlayHQ account. Setting one up is quick and easy. If you already have an existing account, you do not need to create a new one as your PlayHQ account can be used across multiple sports.
PAYMENT & FEES
Like in previous years, the Club will send you a payment invoice directly. With the way PlayHQ is setup, we have set the subscriptions at $0.00 to avoid the step of making our members pay as soon as you register. Please make sure you sign up with a relevant email address and your invoice will be sent there. If you have an issues, please email Hollie at manager@ellersliecricket.co.nz
During our Annual General Meeting, the topic of subscriptions was addressed. Ellerslie Cricket Club has prided itself on the face subscription fees have not increased in a number of years. However, with anticipated increase in operating costs, particularly with the new Clubrooms development, we have made the decision to increase our fees for the coming season. We appreciate that we are living in challenging times, so have limited the increase to $10 per playing member (or equivalent).
