The Committee is pleased to announce that we are conducting a Members' Survey for the 2011-2012 season. This gives you the chance to offer your feedback on proposed club initiatives and events, what you think is being done well by the Club and what could be done better. The views of parents, players and partners are important to the Committee and are invaluable in creating the right structures at the Club, so your responses are all appreciated. The Committee assures you that any information provided will be kept private and will only be used to accurately record survey results.

The deadline for completing the survey is Thursday 31 May. It is not compulsory to answer every question, but fully completed surveys are appreciated. The Committee will endeavour to provide members with feedback on the results of the survey at the 2012 Annual General Meeting after all responses have been received and read.
